Are you passionate about ancient Civilizations, Cosmic Mysteries, and the hidden knowledge that shapes our world? Esoteric.Love is on a mission to Enlighten, Awaken, and Connect, and we’re looking for Esoteric Leaders to help guide and grow the conversation!
If you’re a researcher, speaker, writer, or practitioner exploring lost knowledge, spiritual wisdom, or ground-breaking theories, we want to hear from you! 📩 Join the Movement. Share your insights, lead discussions, and shape the future of esoteric exploration.
A well-planned symposium creates an intimate and engaging environment where participants can freely explore esoteric topics. Below is a step-by-step guide to organizing a venue that aligns with Esoteric.Love’s ethos: Enlighten, Awaken, Connect.
The ideal group size depends on the level of engagement and intimacy you want:
Small Group (8-12 people) – Best for deep, focused discussions where everyone contributes.
Medium Group (20-30 people) – Allows multiple perspectives while maintaining coherence.
Large Group (50+ people) – Works well for panel-style discussions but requires structured moderation.
For a philosophical or esoteric discussion, 12-30 people is the sweet spot—it keeps the discussion engaging while allowing diverse opinions.
We highly encourage all symposiarch's to ensure that attendees read our introductory webpage before the meeting. Esoteric knowledge isn’t hidden - it simply requires effort and time to understand deeply. Please remind participants of the Symposium’s goals and objectives to ensure a productive session.
We’ve gone to great effort to apply the Feynman Technique to simplify complex concepts for an effective meeting. Just like in any business setting, preparation is key for meaningful discussion. While we are a social organization, having a basic understanding of the topic beforehand will significantly enhance the value of the meetup for all attendees.
Circle seating for intimate discussions
U-shape or round tables for a more structured debate
Theatre-style seating for larger presentations with Q&A sessions
Choose a topic from the Esoteric.Love website that sparks curiosity and invites debate. Your symposium should be themed around the group's most common topics of interest. Our website offers a plethora of topics for you to start with. We'd love you to be creative and feedback to us any other topics you'd like to be added!
Sharing is caring!
The chosen topic should be introduced with a 10-minute opening presentation followed by guided questions to stimulate discussion.
Ensuring a Quiet and Focused Atmosphere is recommended over a noisy venue that can disrupt discussions. Select a venue with:
Private or semi-private spaces (e.g., library rooms, boutique event spaces, members-only lounges).
Good acoustics (no echo, proper sound absorption).
Minimal background noise (no live music or distracting chatter from other groups).
No distractions (no bright flashing lights, TVs, or loud bar areas).
For a deeper immersion, consider using subtle meditative background music (e.g., the resonance of Tibetan bowls, 432Hz ambient sound) during breaks.
Moderation: Have a skilled moderator to guide the conversation, prevent dominance by a few voices, and ensure inclusivity.
Time Management: 1.5 to 2-hour duration is ideal, with breaks for informal networking.
Recording & Documentation: Capture insights from the discussion for future content (blog, video summary, or podcast).
Dress Code: Smart casual or thematic attire (e.g., white or gold for spiritual themes).
Pre-Symposium Engagement: Share reading materials or short videos before the event to prepare participants.
