On October 13th 2024, 2 weeks after our visit to the Space X Launch Pad and taking photos with Starship Flight 5 on the launch pad - it finally took off after all the regulatory Hoo Ha - Amazing!!! What a historical engineering feat for Space X. Like a Sci-Fi movie playing out in real-time. This is a momentous occasion and a first step towards becoming an "Interplanetary Species" - Elon Musk's vision is one step closer to becoming reality - Will they make the 2026 launch window?

In September, we embarked on an exhilarating trip to Boca Chica, Texas, to explore the renowned SpaceX Launch Site, a pivotal hub for space exploration and innovation! On this extraordinary day, we were incredibly fortunate to witness Starship Launch 5 on its inaugural day on the launch pad, meticulously prepped and ready for testing. As the most powerful rocket ever constructed by mankind, standing in its presence was a breathtaking experience that evoked a deep sense of awe. The sheer size and intricate engineering of the rocket truly command respect. We felt immense admiration for the dedicated SpaceX team and Elon Musk, whose visionary leadership continues to redefine the future of space travel. Boca Chica buzzes with excitement and innovation, making it an unmissable destination for all space enthusiasts!

In September, we were excited to also visit the original mission control room where the historic moon landing was managed 55 years ago. Remarkably, your mobile phone now has more computing power than the equipment used in this iconic room! With the Artemis 3 Moon Landing scheduled for 2026, operations will be conducted from a nearby building, further solidifying this site’s significance of Moon missions at this incredible venue!
