1. The platform

esoteric.love provides content, community discussion features, and AI-assisted tools for exploratory and educational purposes.

Content on this platform represents the views of individual contributors and does not constitute professional advice of any kind — medical, legal, financial, psychological, or otherwise.

esoteric.love is an independent project operated from the United Kingdom. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. User data is stored within the European Union in compliance with GDPR.

2. Your account

  • You must be 18 or over to use this platform
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account
  • You must provide accurate information at registration
  • You may not create accounts on behalf of others without their consent
  • You may not operate multiple accounts to evade a ban or restriction

3. User content

  • You retain ownership of content you post
  • By posting, you grant esoteric.love a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display that content on the platform
  • You confirm that content you post does not infringe third-party rights
  • We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or our Community Charter

4. Prohibited conduct

As detailed in our Community Charter. We reserve the right to remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice.

5. The Oracle and AI features — important disclaimer

AI-generated content is provided for exploratory purposes only. It may be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading.

Nothing produced by AI features on this platform constitutes medical, psychological, legal, financial, or therapeutic advice. Do not rely on it as a substitute for professional advice. Always consult a qualified professional for decisions affecting your health, wellbeing, finances, or legal position.

We accept no liability for actions taken based on AI-generated content.

6. Esoteric and spiritual content — disclaimer

Content relating to ancient wisdom, consciousness, spirituality, and related subjects is provided for educational, exploratory, and community purposes only.

Nothing on this platform is intended as medical, psychological, therapeutic, or scientific fact unless explicitly stated and sourced. Spiritual or esoteric practices are undertaken entirely at the user's own discretion and risk. We do not endorse any specific belief system, practitioner, or product.

7. The People directory

When the People directory goes live:

  • Listings are provided for informational purposes only
  • We do not vet, endorse, or take responsibility for any practitioner listed
  • Users engage practitioners entirely at their own risk

8. The Shop

When the Shop goes live, separate Terms of Sale will apply. Those terms will be published at the time of launch and cover purchases, returns, and refunds.

9. Intellectual property

  • The esoteric.love name, logo, and platform design are our intellectual property
  • You may not reproduce, copy, or commercialise any part of the platform without our written permission
  • User-generated content remains owned by the user who created it (subject to the licence in Section 3)

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The platform is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, accuracy of content, or fitness for any particular purpose.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, esoteric.love shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

13. Changes

We reserve the right to update these terms. We will notify you of significant changes by email or site notice. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
